Cleo O. Hinsverk was inducted into the Army on February 14, 1942 at Fort Snelling, Minn.

He served as a surgical technician in the 2571st Medical Act. Battalion in the continental United States.

Mr. Hinsverk was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal and  World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably  discharged January 11, 1946 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
