Charles Henry Vidor
Charles Henry Vidor was born on July 21, 1920 in Rauch, MN near International Falls. He married the former Florence Starich from Greaney, Mn., on May 14, 1939.
Mr. Vidor served with the US Army Infantry for 6 and one-half years from 1936- 1946. Three and one-half of those years were spent overseas Newfoundland and in Europe.. He was awarded three battle stars on his ETO ribbon, one Bronze star, and the Order of the Purple Heart. He rose to the level of 2nd Lieutenant.
Mr. Vidor died Thursday, February 5, 2004 at the age of 83,
