Arthur W. Holm of Cook, Minnesota, was inducted into the Army on May 28, 1942 at Fort Snelling, Minn.
He served as a Private First Class with the Medical Detachment of the 37th General Hospital in Rome-Arno and Po Valley, Italy.
Mr.Holm was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with two bronze battle stars, American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and four overseas service bars.
He was honorably discharged November 14, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
