Arthur J. Karki of Biwabik, Minnesota was inducted into the Army on July 17, 1942 at Fort Snelling, Minn. 

He was a Private in the Enlisted Reserve Corps and was unassigned.

He was honorably discharged upon his request on October 11, 1945 at Fort Douglas, Utah to accept employment in the war industry.
