Arthur Appledorn

Mr. Appledorn enlisted in the Army on December 18, 1943.

He served as a Private First Class with the 2116th Army Air Force Base Unit.

He was discharged at Laredo, Texas on December 6, 1945, to reenlisted in the Regular Army the next day as a Corporal and photo laboratory technician. He served with occupation forces in Germany.

He received the following: Army of Occupation of Medal (Germany) and World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Appledorn was honorably discharged on January 30, 1947, at Fort Sheridan, Illinois.
