Arne M. Palo

Arne M. Palo was inducted into the Army on July 21, 1942.

He was a Technical Sergeant and a truck driver with Headquarters Company, 3rd Battalion, 276th Infantry Regiment, serving in Sicily, Naples-Foggia and Rome-Arno in the Italian Campaign plus Rhineland and Central Europe.

Mr. Palo received the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Service Medal with five bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal and four overseas service bars.

He was discharged on Oct. 20, 1945.
