Arne E. Puukila

Arne E. Puukila of Iron, Minnesota was inducted into the Army on Jan. 31, 1945.

He was a Technician 5th Grade and a truck driver with Company I, 136th Infantry Regiment in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. Puukila received the: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Service Medal, Army of Occupation Service Medal (Japan), World War II Victory Medal and two overseas service bars.

He was discharged on Nov. 14, 1946.
