Ann Pintar

Ann J. Pintar of Gilbert, Minnesota entered active duty with the Army Nurse Corps on March 22, 1944. S

he was commissioned as a 1st Lieutenant and served as a general duty nurse with the 180th General Hospital in France and Central Europe.

Ms. Pintar was awarded the: European-African-Middle East Campaign Service Medal with a bronze battle star, World War II Victory Medal and two overseas service bars.

She was released from active duty on March 26, 1946.
