Amos Pellerin

Mr. Pellerin, a member of the Fond du Lac Band of Ojibwe, served in World War II in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He served in the Korean War in the 1st Airborne Rangers.
He served in the Vietnam War with the 5th Special Forces, and during this time received his third Purple Heart.
Mr. Pellerin was decorated with the Silver Star, Bronze Star, and Purple Heart (three times).

Amos Pellerin received the: Silver Star, Bronze Star and Purple Heart with the First Marine Division in World War II.
He also received a Purple Heart in the Korean War after joining the First Airborne Rangers.
He was with the Fifth Special Forces in Vietnam and was awarded his third Purple Heart.
