Alfred F. Kozina

Alfred F. Kozina was inducted into the Army on March 22, 1944. Home of entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Private with the 9205 TCU and Transportation Corps in Ardennes and Rhineland. He was wounded in action on January 17, 1945 in Belgium.

Mr. Kozina was awarded the: Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with two bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal and one overseas service bar.

 He was honorably discharged on April 25, 1946, at Fort Sheridan, Illinois.
