Albert A. Takala

Albert A. Takala entered the Navy on September 27, 1943.

Mr. Takala served as a Radioman Third Class aboard the USS Munsee (ATF107) in the Pacific Theater.

He was awarded the following: American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal, and Philippine Liberation Medal with one bronze star.

Mr. Takala was honorably discharged April 13, 1946, at Great Lakes, Illinois.
