Albert M. Holter of Cook, Minnesota, was inducted into the Army on January 23, 1943 at Fort Snelling, Minn.
He was a Technician5th Grade and truck driver with the 1000th Treadway Bridge Company in Rhineland, Ardennes, Central Europe.
Mr. Holter was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and two overseas service bars.
He was honorably discharged November 6, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wis. after serving for two years and eleven months.
