Allan P. Thilmany
He served in the Gulf War and the Global War on Terror. He was stationed at Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany during the Gulf War, and he was deployed to Qatar during the Iraq War.
He is in the U.S. Air Force.
He is a Lieutenant Colonel.
He is currently Director of Operations at Doss Initial Flight Screening School in Pueblo, Colorado, which is attached to the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Son of Gerald and Margaret Thilmany of Duluth, Minnesota.
Graduated from Duluth East High School in 1983 and the University of Minnesota, Duluth, where he completed the ROTC program. He completed basic flight training at Reese Air Force Base in Texas.
