Toby Hammer

“Air Force Reserve Col. Toby Hammer was promoted to colonel in the Air Force Reserve. Hammer, son of Lavern and Barbara Hammer of Aurora, is a 1979 graduate of Aurora-Hoyt Lakes High School in Aurora. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 1983 from the College of St. Scholastica and a master’s degree in 2000 from the University of Phoenix. Hammer, an inspector general with 20 years of military service, is assigned to the 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.”
