“Airman Martha Chartier, a 2007 graduate of Duluth Central High School, graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas and is attending information management school at Kessler Air Force Base in Mississippi.

Upon completion, Chartier will return to the Air National Guard’s 148th Fighter Wing in Duluth, Minnesota and be assigned to the 179th fighter Squadron-Operations Center.”
