The Senior Enlisted Leader assigned to Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Duluth Minnesota is PSC Kenneth A. Branning.
PSC Kenneth A. Branning was born in the city of Chicago, IL. He was raised in Horicon, WI. In July of 1987 he entered the United States Navy. After basic training and “A” school he was stationed at Naval Reserve Center, Detroit, MI from October 1987 to July 1989.
He accepted orders to Personnel Support Activity Detachment, Portland, OR from July 1989 to August 1992. His next duty station was Naval Reserve Center, Cumberland, MD from August 1992 to August 1995.
In June 1995, he received his Associate of Science Degree from Allegany Community College, graduating as the Valedictorian with honors, maintaining a grade point average of 4.0. He was selected to participate in the Enlisted Education Advancement Program (EEAP) and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Information Systems from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, MD.
He transferred in October 1997 to Naval Reserve Recruiting Command Detachment TWO, Great Lakes, IL and spent three years there as the Quality Assurance Supervisor. He reported in October of 2000 to Commander, U. S. Naval Forces Europe where he served three years as the LPO of the Reserve Affairs Office. He is currently serving as Senior Enlisted Leader at Navy Operational Support Center Duluth, Minnesota.
