David Cowan

“Army 1st Lt. David Cowan graduated from the Army Basic Officer Leader Course at Fort Benning in Columbus, Georgia. The course prepares officers to lead small units upon arrival at their first assignment.

Cowan, the son of John H. and Carolyn Cowan of Virginia,Minnesota received a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, N.Y.”
