Alex Pishler

Mr. Pishler is serving in the U.S. Army. He graduated from boot camp in Fort Jackson, South Carolina in 2008. He continued his Army training at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas.

Mr. Pishler is the son of Steven and Sara Pishler. He comes from a long line of military service members.

“Paul and Judy Pishler of Sudan returned recently from Fort Jackson, South Carolina, where they attended United States Army boot camp graduation ceremonies. Their grandson, Alex Pishler, was among the graduates. Alex is the son of former Soudanite, Steven Pishler, and his wife, Sara.

“Alex comes from a family of military veterans. His grandfather, Stan Piechowoki, served in the United States Army, and his grandfather, Paul Pishler, was a member of the United States Marine Corps. Both his mother and father, Sara and Steven Pishler, served in the United States Air Force.

“Alex currently is receiving additional advanced Army training at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas. “
