William F. Koch

Mr. Koch served during the Cold War.
At age 17, he enlisted with the U.S. Navy. He was assigned to the U.S.S. Diamondhead, and he was a Boiler Technician.
Shortly after getting married, he reenlisted with the Navy and resided in Pensacola, Florida, and Norfolk, Virginia. He served onboard the U.S.S. Lexington CV-16 aircraft carrier and the U.S.S. Trenton LPD-14, respectively.
He was born on September 1, 1945, in Long Island City, New York, the son of Karl and Rossa Koch.
Mr. Koch died at age 63 in Aurora, Minnesota, on November 30, 2008.
