John "Frase" Arthur Fraser

Mr. Fraser served during the Cold War.

He served in the U.S. Navy and was stationed in Adak, Alaska.

He was born on October 26, 1948, in Storm Lake, Iowa, the son of Arthur and Margaret (“Peg”) Fraser. His father died when he was 4 years old. His mother married Wesley Christensen, and the family relocated to Duluth, Minnesota. Mr. Fraser graduated from Duluth Cathedral High School.

Mr. Fraser died at age 60 in Florida, on November 28, 2008.
