Francis C. Spencer

Mr. Spencer served during the Cold War.

He served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed at the radar bases in Finland, Minnesota, and Toole, Greenand.

Mr. Spencer was born on May 10, 1940, the son of Morris and Maureen (Couch) Spencer in Hannibal, Missouri. He died at age 67 on January 27, 2008, in Aurora, Minnesota.
