Mr. Brown served in the U.S. Navy as a nurse anesthetist from 1970 until 1974.
He was born in Duluth, Minnesota, on December 11, 1947, the son of Ralph “Bill” and Norma Brown (later Mrs. Larry Eckenberg). He was a 1965 graduate of Duluth Central High School.
Mr. Brown died at age 59 in Duluth on April 22, 2007.
