Mitchell, Wildey H. - Pants with Lacings

These pants belonged to Wildey H. Mitchell who served as a volunteer in the Yale Ambulance Corps of the American Field Service in Europe. These brown pants are from WWI and have lacing on the lower legs. Mitchell also served in the Army between 1942-1946 as a major. He was also in the U. S. Air Force Reserve, serving as lieutenant colonel.
