Edward Albin Verant was born on February 16th 1920 to Joseph N. & Johanna Vieana [Tomazin] Verant.
Mr. Verant entered the Army on October 15th 1942. Before enlistment, Mr. Verant worked for the FBI in Washington, DC.
He served during WWII and rose to the rank of Lieutenant Jr. Grade [LTJG].
Near the end of war LT Verant returned home and married Elinor Violet [Lampi] on January 19th 1945 and they started a family. He was honorably discharged on November 14th 1945.
Mr. Verant died on August 21st 1987 at the age of 67 years old. He is buried at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
