Everett J. Hansen

Everett J. Hansen was inducted into the Army December 11, 1942, Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Keewatin, Minnesota.

He served as a Sergeant and special vehicle operator with Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the 560th Signal Automatic Weapons Battalion in Rome-Arno.

Mr. Hansen was awarded the Meritorious Unit Commendation, Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal Three and overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged December 3, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
