Carl H. Jackson entered the Navy on October 20, 1943 at Duluth, Minnesota.

He served as a Pharmacist's Mate 3rd Class aboard the USS Raleigh and USS Midway in the Pacific Theater.

He attended basic training at Farragut, Idaho and hospital corps school at Great Lakes, Illinois. Tended to the sick and wounded in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. Jackson was honorably discharged on April 17, 1946, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
